Do you believe the customer is always right?
What about those who are rude and obnoxious towards your employees? Are your employees expected to continue to engage with those people, in the name of customer service? ✅ Or have you empowered them to politely disengage from those conversations? 𝙄𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙚𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙙, 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙞𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙤𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙘𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙧 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙚. Keep in mind, if you have no employees, or employees who are disengaged and don’t care, you can’t successfully run your business.
